Frequently asked questions
What is a VPS?
A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a virtual server with its own operating system and root access, created by partitioning a physical server. It is far more flexible than shared hosting and far cheaper than a dedicated server.
What is the difference between the Intel and AMD plans?
The TR-VPS series uses Intel Xeon processors and SSD storage. The AMD-V series uses AMD EPYC processors and NVMe storage for faster disk performance and more RAM.
Should I choose VPS or VDS?
If budget comes first and your resource use is steady, a VPS is enough. For projects with constant high CPU use that need consistent performance, we recommend VDS.
When will my server be delivered?
After payment is confirmed, your server is usually set up automatically within minutes and the access details are emailed to you.
Are backups included?
Backups on virtual servers are the customer’s responsibility. On request we can provide automatic backups for an extra fee.
