Frequently asked questions
When are document-based orders approved?
After you upload documents for a restricted .tr extension, the TRABIS review begins and takes 24–48 hours on average, excluding public holidays. You’ll be notified if anything is missing.
Can a document-free registration be disputed?
Yes. Third parties who believe their trademark is infringed can apply to the dispute resolution service providers (UÇHS) under BTK. Take care when registering trademarked names.
